Shipping & Returns
FUME offers FREE shipping on all purchases up to a maximum weight of 10kg. This offer excludes rural delivery addresses and deliveries to NZ islands (i.e. Waiheke, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island etc). Please nominate an alternative local delivery address to avoid this charge.
Orders Exceeding 10kg
FREE shipping will apply within the Auckland Metro area for orders weighing between10kg - 25kg. However a flat fee of $10 will be applied to all other locations including the South Island. Rural delivery charges, if applicable, will also be applied.
Rural Delivery Charges
$5 Flat Rate - Rural Delivery.
We aim to send your precious parcel out within 48 hours of receiving an order via an overnight courier service so please allow 3-5 days for receipt of your goods. This may be extended to 5-7 business days if you are in the South Island. All parcels are tracked and traced. Should FUME be out of stock of your selected items we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss convenient arrangements. We do make our concrete wares from scratch including the soy candles and we like to keep our stock fresh but you will be notified if your order can not be fulfilled within timeframes above.
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days please contact us immediately.
We are pleased to offer shipping to Australia, up to 3kg, and the following charges apply.
$15 Flat Rate - This is not tracked and there is no signature required upon delivery. Delivery takes between 3 - 8 business days. FUME takes no responsibility for orders lost in transit.
$25 Flat Rate - This is tracked and requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery takes between 4 - 6 business days delivery.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for international shipping queries if you are outside of Australia or your parcel exceeds 3kg threshold.
FUME takes great pride its products offered and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact FUME immediately. If the product is out of stock we will refund your money or offer you a credit. Should your products be faulty FUME will provide you with replacement products or a refund. Please bear in mind that our products are hand-crafted and imperfections are part of the endearing features of our range as each hand-crafted item is unique, varied and may differ in appearance from the online / digital image illustrated.
FUME needs to be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods if there are any issues. FUME does not offer "change of mind" returns but if you are unhappy with your purchase due to damaged or faulty goods please contact us within 7 days. In all circumstances you will require a proof of purchase receipt and original packaging when returning products. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.
